The Cottages have one standard package that comes with the home and three packages as well as options that you can to choose from for outfitting your home.
Essentia and Simplicity are designed to work together, but can be purchased separately. Essentia and Simplicity are explained in detail here.
Venetia, however, is a standalone custom solution that is meant to be purchased by itself. When Venetia is selected a design meeting will be set up to help us understand your vision.
