Standard:
Structured wiring for the E and S Pak is included so that you can upgrade to either at any time. A Lutron lighting system with three dimmers and a master control switch is standard and can be expanded at any time.
E-Pak:
E-Pak includes the essentials. The Social room has a 46” HDTV with a full 5.1 home theater system. The Master Bedrooms have 32” HDTV’s wall mounted with elegant glass shelving below it for your gear. Two BluRay players are included. Speakers with volume control in each bathroom mirrors what is playing on it’s respective TV. From music to the morning golf conditions, you’ll won’t miss a beat.
S-Pak:
The S-Pak makes life simple. It adds to the E-Pak, by offering convenient control of your lights, thermostat, and a/v gear from anywhere. You can adjust the thermostat so that your home is comfortable when you arrive, you can make sure the lights are off after your guests leave even though you’re 2000 miles away. Added to the E-Pak are: an Aprilaire thermostat, expanded Lutron light system, Vroom vacuum and the Rosie OSD control system with two iPod Touch controllers and one remote. Savant’s Rosie system provides control through an on screen (Social room TV) overlay menu or from an iPod/iPhone. If your going to be in the rental program, you might need this kind of control.
